Renaissance Homes and Directors Mortgage invite you to the Second Annual Vintage Home Show.
Tour LEED-built Renaissance homes in Portland’s Woodstock, Burlingame and Kenton neighborhoods and bring food donations to help Oregon Food Bank.
Taking place over two weekends — July 19 and 20 and July 26 and 27, from noon to 6 p.m. each day — the free tour showcases four LEED-certified homes from Renaissance Homes’ Vintage Collection.
The completed homes embrace a timeless look, but with cutting-edge functionality. Enjoy the comforts of Rain Screen siding, Polar Blanket insulation, open web floor trusses, box beam ceilings and plenty of built-ins, gorgeous master suites and storage capabilities. All of these green features allow gas and electricity bills at an estimated less than $100 a month.
Fall in love with the charming Woodstock, Burlingame and Kenton neighborhoods where you can walk to shops, cafes, galleries and parks. Live seven minutes from downtown Portland, but walk the quaint streets and be known by name.
Drop off non-perishable food items at any of the homes on display and enter to win a Trek Steel District bike courtesy of Bike Gallery ($769.99 value). The more food you bring, the better your chances of winning. Plus, the first 100 people to donate food will receive a Family Fun Pass ($79), while supplies last.
These four Portland homes are also the four donation sites for non-perishable donations to Oregon Food Bank:
- 5651 SE Harold St.: (RMLS: 14629454)
- 5116 SE 47th Ave.: (RMLS: 14419272)
- 1260 SW Dolph St.: (RMLS: 14464707)
- 3733 N. Baldwin St.: (RMLS: 14671083)
