July 4th is Friday and there will be many places in Portland and Oregon to watch fireworks + Vancouver, Washington. There are parades, live music, and many more activities all over our state and city.

Oregon Food Bank’s Waterfront Blues Festival celebrates the Fourth of July each year with a spectacular display of fireworks … the largest July 4 fireworks display in Oregon. More info here.
Portland: Portland July 4th Dinner + Fireworks Cruise | Portland Spirit, Dinner, Fireworks on the Water
Cruise aboard the Portland Spirit and enjoy a relaxing dinner cruise followed by the annual downtown Portland fireworks display viewed from the best possible location – riverside! Portland’s favorite 4th of July celebration is at Oaks Amusement Park! A full day of fun awaits as you count down to our famous fireworks display over the mighty Willamette River. Rides, roller skating, picnic grounds, carnival games, go carts, and miniature golf open all day! More info here.
Cruise aboard the Columbia Gorge Sternwheeler in Cascade Locks with viewing of the Port of Cascade Locks fireworks. More info here.
In addition to a full day of activities, a pancake breakfast, the old fashioned parade, cruise-in, a full line up of music, field games, a talent show, great elephant ears, a generational queens court and other hometown entertainment for everyone plus the only fireworks show in East county, it also happens to be the third largest fireworks display in the Portland metro area. Celebrating over 50 years of providing our community with an exceptional fireworks display – and the best is yet to come! Using state of the art fireworks synchronized to music, the 2014 display will once again be launched from Pearson Field, providing attendees an amazing and exciting fireworks show. More info here.
Celebrate Independence Day with and old-fashioned parade—classic cars, themed floats, marching bands, costumed bicyclers, and musical acts—followed by a BBQ festival at Jackson Park, live music, and games. The day ends with fireworks over the Columbia River. More info here.

Ridgefield, Washington: Independence Day 2014 | Fireworks, 5,000 People, Parades, Fun Runs, Salmon BBQ & More!
There is something for everyone to enjoy while in Ridgefield for the 4th – free outdoor entertainment, Fun Run, contests and games, foods & beverages, arts & crafts, Street Dance a fabulous parade and more. Organized Fireworks will be launched west of the railroad tracks near the boat launch marina. More info here.
Our July 3rd Celebration will include activities for all ages. Activities will start around 2pm and go until the fireworks start at 10pm. The fireworks display will take place at 10pm at the close of the concert in the Amphitheater. Fireworks are best viewed from within the concert or on the Resort Hill. More info here.
This festive display is indicative of the energy and pride exhibited within the community as it celebrates this most patriotic of holidays. Fireworks are set off on the West side of town and can be seen from just about anywhere in town. More info here.
