Save on Safeway Waterfront Blues Festival Passes!
This year’s Safeway Waterfront Festival promises to be more sensational than ever, featuring four days of music on four stages, Fourth of July fireworks, workshops, cruises, dances and much more!
On the first three days of the festival, July 4, 5 and 6, entry is a donation of $10 and two cans of food per person, per day, or your festival pass. The first three days are packed with talent and feature John Hiatt & the Combo, Eric Burdon & the Animals, North Mississippi Allstars, Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe, Hot 8 Brass Band and many more.
Day four of the festival, July 7, is so high-powered that we’re even giving it a name – Sensational Sunday. You’ll need a festival pass to get in on Sensational Sunday, which features legendary soul and gospel singer Mavis Staples, Grammy-winning Taj Mahal Trio, “sacred steel” virtuoso Robert Randolph & the Family Band, and, for the final act, former Led Zeppelin front man Robert Plant presents Sensational Space Shifters.
You won’t want to miss Sensational Sunday, which is sure to be one of the biggest days in Waterfront Blues Festival history. That’s why we’re offering PDX Pipeline readers a 20 percent discount on festival passes.
