  21. Kara June 19, 2013 at 8:58 pm #

Everyone has their favorite geographical feature (mountains, lakes etc.) mine is rivers! I believe that rivers represent our lives – always moving and slowly changing; one can think their best thoughts staring into a calm river.

  22. Ashley June 19, 2013 at 10:45 pm #

Cake and boat? What more do you need for a party!

  23. Amelia June 20, 2013 at 1:15 pm #

Congratulations! 30 years is something to celebrate, and celebrate we must! I was born and raised in Oregon and remember running along the river walk and stopping to watch and wave at the Sternwheeler as a child but could never afford to ride. I would love the opportunity to take my first ride and celebrate this wonderful occasion!

We have always talked about taking this trip but family obligations have always seemed to trump our fun time. Winning tickets sure would make a memorable and affordable way for us to get away for a few hours. Love the pipeline, just wish we had more resources to do more of the stuff we read about. Thanks for all you show us and don’t stop!

  94. Boyd McLaughlin June 27, 2013 at 3:57 pm #

As a veteran and former member of the U.S. Navy, there’s no place I’d rather be than on the water, on any kind of seaworthy vessel: in this case, the Sternwheeler is as fine as any other mode of watercraft.
The last two years, my wife and I have found ourselves attending to the needs of family members during what should have been our anniversary celebrations.
This year, we’ll be doing our best to try and dodge that bullet. But, if the occasion should arise, we’ll be prepared to meet those needs again. Family first; right?

  95. ncaitlin June 28, 2013 at 10:48 am #

Never been on a boat – would love my first ride to on the sternwheeler!
