The All American Magic Theater is back after a run of 6 sold out shows. Portland’s newest venue will present The All American Magic Show on Saturday December 29th at 2pm and Sunday December 30th at 2pm, at 9994 SE Washington Street, inside Mall 205.

The All American Magic Show” stars Illusionist Mark Benthimer, who’s credits include performances at the Portland Center for the Performing Arts as well as casinos nationwide. Mark has also shared the stage with Blues Traveler, Sammy Hagar, and many more. The two hour family show is filled with mind bending illusion, music, dazzling assistants and audience participation, plus the side splitting comedy magic and ventriloquism of Scott Davis, entertainer extraordinaire. The theater also boasts Portland’s best snack bar deals with cotton candy and popcorn for a buck, plenty of free parking and an on site Magic Shop.

    Please please pick me to see a magic show! I have never seen one, except on Saved by the Bell. And good as that was, real life is probably way more entertaining!

    Yes! My 7 year old has sooo enjoyed the trick gum and whoopie cushion she got for xmas. It’s still fun for us parents to look “so surprised!” When we sit down, but ask me again in two weeks, hah. The show could teach her a world of new tricks! Wait….then she’d use those on us too…. ;)
