Stone In Love is the finest Journey tribute band on the West Coast and arguably the hottest tribute act in the region. On the heels of drawing record setting crowds during the 2012 Northwest summer concert season, Stone In Love will be performing ‘unplugged’ for the first time in almost two years. Experience the beloved songs of Journey in a whole new way – stylized versions performed with unique arrangements that highlight the rich vocal harmonies and sweeping instrumental melodies of these classic hits. Joining the band, all the way from ‘South Detoit’, will be Jeff Ehrinpreis performing on the Cello.

Opening the show will be Portland’s own Throwback Suburbia. “Refreshing. Retro-cool. Original, yet classic.” With one mod-style boot planted in classic British rock and another planted firmly in today’s pop universe, Throwback Suburbia continues to break new ground with their fresh take on ultra-hip, harmony-laden rock n roll.

Journey! What would be a better way to spend a Friday night then seeing a Journey Tribute Band. Pick me. I could so use this after the week I have had. Nothing that dancing wouldn’t cure.
