Largest July 4th fireworks display in Oregon takes center stage
Oregon Food Bank’s Waterfront Blues Festival will celebrate its 25th birthday on the nation’s birthday, Wednesday, July 4, with a spectacular display of fireworks … the largest July 4 fireworks display in Oregon. More info here
Fort Vancouver has a 48 year history of providing the community with an exceptional fireworks display – and the best is yet to come. Using state of the art fireworks synchronized to music, the 2012 display will once again be launched from Pearson Air Field, providing attendees an exciting fireworks show. Fireworks may not be visible from Portland or the Columbia River. More info here…
We have a full day of activities, a pancake breakfast, the old fashioned parade, cruise-in & car show, a full line up of music, field games, spelling bee, a talent show, auction, kids arts & crafts tent, the same great elephant ears, a generational queens court and other hometown entertainment for everyone plus the only fireworks show in East county scheduled for the entire family. (It also happens to be the third largest fireworks display in the Portland metro area.) More info here.
Celebrate Independence Day with and old-fashioned parade—classic cars, themed floats, marching bands, costumed bicyclers, and musical acts—followed by a BBQ festival at Jackson Park, live music, and games. The day ends with fireworks over the Columbia River.

Our July 3rd Celebration will include activities for all ages. Activities will start around 2pm and go until the fireworks start at 10pm. The fireworks display will take place at 10pm at the close of the concert in the Amphitheater. Fireworks are best viewed from within the concert or on the Resort Hill. More info here.
