More Info:

Bassist Brett McConnell (as seen with Lawn Boy and Philly’s Phunkestra) has put together an all-star lineup of Goodfoot regulars to pay tribute to the infamous rock group, Guns N’ Roses! You can expect two sets of your favorite GN’R tunes, including their 1987 debut album “Appetite For Destruction” in its entirety to commemorate its 25th anniversary.

The 8-piece band (with a 3-piece horn section) will be providing you GN’R classics in a funky, yet tasteful fashion… but you should also be prepared for some hard-hitting Axl Rose-induced rock n’ roll. FUNK N’ ROSES includes musicians from Lawn Boy, Joey Porter Funk Tributes, The Doo Doo Funk All-Stars, Pocket, and more!

80’s rock attire is strongly encouraged!

Funk N’ Roses is:
Aniana Hough – Vocals (Marv Ellis, Ben Darwish and Commotion present:
A Talking Heads Halloween)
Brett McConnell – Bass (Lawn Boy, The Brett McConnell Lovetet)
Joshua Cliburn – Tenor Saxophone (Joey Porter Funk Tributes)
Farnell Newton – Trumpet (The Doo Doo Funk All-Stars,
Jon Ramm-Gramenz – Trombone (Manimalhouse, Pocket)
Kyle Smith – Guitar (The Brett McConnell Lovetet)
Josh Lava – Keyboards (The Brett McConnell Lovetet, numerous other groups)

The beauty of it is, I could go and have a good time and walk home. So in the interest of public safety, pick me!
