After you catch the season premiere of NBC’s GRIMM in Portland and check out all these great Halloween events this weekend, you’ll have yet another fun party on Monday happening at Dawson Park and Colonel Summers. There are two bike rides, one a mobile dance party and one GRIMM Halloween ride. Info for both is below.

Join us for the 1st Annual Halloween Bike Ride & Mobile Dance Party!
UPDATE: it’s almost that time! 2 rides merging on halloween night! consider this event the pre-funk to the GRIMM affair. start at dawson park 6pm for a 6:30 ride-out. we’ll meet up at col. summers by 9:30pm. GRIMM Bike ride Facebook event page here.
WHERE: Meeting point is Dawson Park (Vancouver/Williams & NE Stanton/Morris, by Legacy Hospital).
WHEN: Meet at 6pm, we’ll ride at 6:30pm. This ride will go late.
WEAR: Costumes and decorated bikes are highly encouraged!
BRING: bikes of all shapes and sizes, sound systems, lights, candy, spirits, Halloween props, your housemates, your mom, you name it.
We ride rain or shine.
Meeting point to first stop is an all-ages/family-friendly ride. We encourage all ages to show up for pictures, dancing, and a “spirited” slow ride to our first location (about 2 miles) to celebrate All Hallow’s Eve on two wheels.
Our first stop will be at The Lovecraft (421 SE Grand), Portland’s only Horror-themed bar. Riders who continue on the ride at/after the first stop are expected to be 21+ and respectful to all venues.
ETA: This ride will meet up with the GRIMM Ride later in the evening: Hardcore Halloween lovers can have both!

Jakob and Jessie will be taking you on a tour of some CEMETERIES.

if you don’t have any day of the dead style clothing, we encourage you to wear a costume…ANY costume!
arrive at the meetup 9pm if you want to have your face painted, we will have extra face paint & would be glad to do you ;)

and ending at a TVD: totally vague destination.
