The historic Rialto Poolroom’s Jack London Bar in downtown Portland is pleased to partner with Kick Ass Oregon History to present a series of free public programs on the seedier side of Portland history and culture as part of its weekly series: “Stumptown Stories: Portland History and Legends”. On third Tuesdays historian, Doug Kenck-Crispin will present each month on the most exciting, explosive, and bawdy chapters in Oregon’s dark, twisted history.
In keeping with theme of Halloween, the October 18th show will cover some of the more infamous characters said to haunt the Portland area. In addition, an open mic will offer guests opportunity to tell their own tales of the strange and mysterious or to just tell a bad joke or two. Love Portland? Get to know her better over drinks.
