….I’ve seen a lot of variety shows and I’ve had a lot of cupcakes. But I need to see a variety show in Portland, and eat more cupcakes to add more calories to my variety show watching body.

    Pick me,

I have to be honest and say I’m not sure about mixing booze and cupcakes, but I will sacrifice for the sake of research. Oh yeah…I like comedy and stripping, and totally understand the concept of comic stripping. I often do it for my wife, and yes, she laughs.

This show clearly puts the V in variety. Would love to check out the Woods, and it certainly is being put to a livelier use these days. Ian Karmel is one funny local comic I have really enjoyed as host and opener at Helium. With film makers, projectionists, dinosaur divinators, strippers, pet artists and wait there’s more…this is a creative melting pot full of comedy, chaos and cupcakes I would love to ingest.

This would be a great time to fall off the wagon. Also, I would love to see Arthur Bradford again, he killed it at Backfence.
