2010 Oregon Zoo Summer Concert Series Announced: Jimmy Cliff, Pink Martini, CCR & More

After a bit of April showers this week, the weather is improving by the minute. If you need anymore proof that summer is on its way, the Oregon Zoo just sent out its Summer Concerts Series email. Tickets go on sale tomorrow for members and enews subscribers. The picture below is from the Wailers concert a couple Summers back.

Hello Concerts Fan!
As a subscriber to Concert e-News, here is a special code for the 2010 concert season ticket pre-sale starting Friday, April 23 at 9 a.m.

Follow this link and enter code LION for your pre-sale access. This pre-sale will be valid until April 27 at 5 p.m., then ticket sales will open up to everyone (no codes needed!) at 9 a.m. on April 28.


Wednesday Zoo Tunes are F R E E for Zoo Members at the “Plus” level or higher, subject to capacity. Complimentary Plus Member tickets are available beginning the Monday prior to each Wednesday show. If there is a Wednesday show that you REALLY don't want to miss, you are encouraged to purchase tickets in advance.

    CCR= Creedence, not Cross Canadian Ragweed, for crissakes.

      While I agree with you in theory and was taken aback many years ago when I heard several people refer to this band and not Credence as CCR; Cross Canadian Ragweed and Credence are both referred to now as CCR. If only Lebowski would have known. WWLD?

    CCR is Credence. This is just lame journalism. I refuse to attend them all now. False advertising.
