Get a fun and tasty lesson in chocolate and coffee flavors, sourcing, and
local production in a round-robin evening of local artisan tastings.
Attendees will rotate through four sampling stations where chocolatiers and
coffee roasters will share tastes of Portland¹s best locally made treats,
while discussing the people and practices behind their products. Come for
the stimulating flavors and take home a new understanding of the skills and
dedication these Northwest business apply to importing and producing fine
coffees and chocolates. With Valentine¹s Day around the corner, it¹s the
perfect time to fall in love with your local chocolatiers and roasters.
