2014 Portland Concerts In The Park Schedule | Free, July & August

Portland Concerts in the Park - Mt Tabor

The 2014 Portland Concerts in the Park series kicks off July 7th and runs throughout July and August at parks across the city. The first concert will be Sellwood Riverfront Park in SE Portland. The concerts begin at 6:30PM except the Sunday concerts at Elizabeth Caruthers Park, which are at 3PM. All the concerts are free and family-friendly.

This picture is from the Mt Tabor Concert series which begins on July 8th. Mount Tabor has an ideal location for watching the concerts. It’s warm, but also has great shading so you are not getting scorched. You are allowed to bring food, wine, beer, with you, and there are vendors if you forget.
