#1st: There are about 70 pics.
#2nd: I took most of them but someone else took a few there in the middle
#3rd: I don't know who won or who a lot of people are in the pics. Mostly I put it on there when I knew, but not always.
#4th: iPhoto and I are not quite friends, so I didn't edit or clean them at all. Sorry–I had a lovely relationship with Google's Picassa before I got a Mac.
#5th: The party was a lot of fun for the two hours or so I was there. I did have to leave somewhere through it because I was tired and a bit under the weather.

This is an invite-only event. Normally, I would not post invite-only here, but it was already on the Barfly website, and hey–you might know one of these people and possibly mooch one of their VIP tix…I mean, congratulate them. And why am I not up for “Most Good Writer”–sounds like it was written specifically for my illiteracy (rhyming on-timing!).Â

My lovely fall sickness seems to be nearly gone (the contagion is for sure), so I'm going to do my best to get out there tonight as several of these people are friends of mine (Atom 13, Malice, Chris Haberman, Phil Ragaway, William Slater – “hottest item not on the menu”= ha!). It's BarFly Awards time once again! As of now, you have ONE DAY to nominate your personal creme de la creme of the PDX scene for a coveted 2007 Golden BarF! Fill out BarFly's online survey to nominate your fave raves for BarFly Awards celebrating the local service industry, media, and artsy-fartsy contingents that keep Portland PORTLAND, and enter to win tickets to the social event of the season!

Act fast! Nominations close at precisely 11:59pm on Monday, October 29th, so hit the survey, now. Once our crack staff of CPAs collate and rank the popular vote, we'll announce the top four nominees in each category on Tuesday, October 30th, and issue the remaining VIP invites for the Awards Gala on Sunday, November 4th, to our lucky drawing winners!

When making your nominations, please give as much identifiying info about the nominee, as possible – like their full name, where they work, phone number, their email address, MySpace, FaceBook, etc., stuff like that. Tonight is Heather's (aka I Make Ash Street Happen) Birthday. She's a great person–so of course–she having a great party.

Even if you missed Jedediah's Mustache Ride, your Saturday night will be alright if you take your sweet self on down to the Ash Tray for the birthday spectacular for everybody's favorite sound chick, the Ash's own Heather!
