Funhouse Lounge is excited to present “Matt & Ben” , a bitingly satirical comedic play from the brilliantly funny minds of Mindy Kaling (The Mindy Project, The Office), and Brenda Withers.

It’s a Hollywood Cinderella story that all started with a little film called “Good Will Hunting”. Two young dreamers, Matt Damon and Ben Affleck (portrayed in this play by actresses Landy Hite and Tiffany Dixon) , sit around their run-down Massachusetts apartment in 1996, and slave over their burgeoning script. Or do they? This hilarious, scathing play takes us back to that pivotal moment when the finished script that would change their lives… falls from the sky into their laps. The laughs come at a manic pace in this delightfully venomous play, directed by Sara King.

This all-female production is also proud to announce that at every show, donations will be collected to support the work of Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette.

Tickets $15 in advance, $20 at the door

Matt & Ben is presented by special arrangement with Samuel French, Inc.

I am going to be visiting my bestfriend in Portland, and we are always looking for fun activities to do. We both love comedy and are usually the people who sit in the front of the room and get picked on by comedians and absolutely love it. We would love to go to this show together!
