Oregon Repertory Singers’ 42nd edition of Glory of Christmas has something for everyone! Enjoy great sacred music by Benjamin Britten and Franz Biebl, stunning and lush new settings of traditional carols by Norwegian composer Ola Gjeilo and Seattle composer Eric Banks, and even John Williams’ Christmas Music from the blockbuster movie Home Alone.

ORS continues its tradition of inviting local youth choirs to join in our celebration. Students perform a short program and join ORS for a combined concert finale. This year, we welcome singers from:

  • Sunday Dec 6: Oregon Episcopal School & the ORS Youth Choirs
  • Friday Dec 11: Alder Creek Middle School
  • Sunday Dec 13: Poynter Middle School & Twality Middle School

My wife and I are hosting a high school student from South Korea for the school year. We would love to take her to hear beautiful Christmas carols to give her memories of her first Christmas in America that she’ll treasure for a lifetime.
