“We are thrilled to be partnering so closely with the City of Happy Valley, and look forward to unveiling the stunning homes in the works for our 39th NW Natural Street of Dreams to inspire our visitors,” said Rachel Trice, vice president, marketing, membership services & events, Home Builders Association of Metro Portland. “Last year’s event in West Linn brought in a substantial boost to the local economy. We look forward to having that same type of positive impact in Happy Valley.”
The show location is off SE Northern Heights Drive and overlooks a forested valley with breathtaking views of Mt. Hood. Lots range from 19,000 to 22,000 square feet. 2014 Homebuilders include: BC Custom Homes, Crystal Ridge Development & Restoration, Westlake Development Group and Red Hills Construction.
