The Blazers took down the Los Angeles Lakers last night at the Rose Garden in rather easy fashion. Gerald Wallace scored 31 points, including a sweet windmill dunk (video), and a plus one on Kobe Bean Bryant (video). LaMarcus Aldridge continued with his sure-to-be all-star season adding 28 points and 10 rebounds. They played so well, the announcers even stated they could win the West this year!
Of course, the Blazers still have the best record in the Western Conference and that likely will not change tonight as they travel to take on the lowly Phoenix Suns. Rumors persist that Steve Nash will be traded this year and let’s hope he doesn’t have to spend his last year(s) with this team…and hope he isn’t traded to a rival.
