The story of The Wizard of OZ has inspired many people for generations. On December
2nd, AMP Theater presents a Holiday Edition production based off of this story. Wizard of OZ Aerial Arts and Burlesque is a collaboration of many different performers and musicians throughout the Portland area lead by Artistic Director Harper Chang.

This is a production of beauty, strength, and grace following the storyline of the 1939 movie. The live band consists of Jason Reichert on guitar, Anthony Bittner on bass, Kirch Hertel on drums, Carmen Everingham on cello, and Michael McGuire on saxophone. They will not only cover, but sketch the kaleidoscope-ing sound-scapes of Pink Floyd’s album, The Dark Side of the Moon, with a viciously blissful interpretation as they accompany the performers in a journey through the Land of OZ.
