In honor of Kate Bush’s 53rd birthday on July 30th, we’ve put together a birthday gift to her from Portland – an evening celebrating the UK’s art-pop goddess and her incredible body of work.

It’s hard to say exactly what about this artist has led to such a resurgence in her popularity over the last few years, but we can say, for ourselves at least, that it is the unbridled emotional delivery of lyrics like that one that simply floors us every time.

Kate Bush is a pop star unlike any other – clad in a leotard, howling and conjuring up a storm, Read the rest of this entry »

Speakin’ of lawyers and their ilk, our order had a new Captain that was supposed to lead The Fleet through the rampage this year, but once again he is in jail fer buggerin’ a goat.
