Chris Joseph is a local success story. After a long stint as general manager at Berbati’s in the 90’s, he continued to prosper as owner of the Blue Monk. The Fourth Annual No.Fest Music and Arts Fair is produced by InterArts, a 501(c)(3) (pending) non-profit organization. In the original neighborhood of Portland known as St. Johns: all free, all ages, all day. Annually, thousands of people visit St. Johns fto catch a variety of featured up and coming performance and visual artists.

The music program in 2011 will include pop, rock, americana, world, noise-pop, hip hop, electro, and experimental works, including “visual-music”. Beyond music, we will host movement, comedy, theater, and a children’s program. Visual exhibitions will include galleries, multimedia, and installation.
