From Press Release:
Who is Beardo? It's time the world brushed up.
Born Jeramy Gritter in Harlem, he later moved to L.A. with big dreams. Quickly linking up with Mickey Avalon and ultimately the extended crew of Dirt Nasty and Andre Legacy, Beardo was born out of a bassline in the studio–and later named by a drunk critic who said “no one cared about what Beardo had to say.”
Flash forward to the present day, and Beardo recently wrapped up a coveted opening slot on tour with Snoop Dogg, has sold thousands of his debut record, and was recently featured in High Times. Includes anthems “Girls N Pills” and “24 Hour Party,” and the epic “John Lennon.” Think early Beastie Boys channeling the ethos of Andrew W.K.
