The NYC based sketch comedy group the Uncles are retuning to Portland to perform four shows at the Someday Lounge.  The Uncles—Matt Di Loreto, Dave Di Loreto and Joshua Sidis—are all Portland natives who have been performing and living in New York for the last 5 years.  All three Uncles are graduates of Grant High School and loyal Blazer fans; both of which play a role in their show.

This is the second year in a row the Uncles have performed at the Someday Lounge. The Uncles have performed at some of New York City's best comedy venues, such as Caroline's On Broadway, The Triad, The P.I.T. and most notably the Upright Citizens Brigade.

Matt and David Di Loreto lend their musical talents to the Uncles show.  Talents the brothers acquired as members of Grant High Schools elite choir The Royal Blues.  Songs that are peppered throughout the show range from an Italian love ballad to a song about the Portland Trailblazers. David Di Loreto and Joshua Sidis both attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, a theatre conservatory in New York City.

The Someday Lounge plays host to the Uncles on Dec 19th and 20th with shows at 8pm and 10pm on both dates.  Tickets are $12 if you purchase them online at www.brownpapertickets.com, and $15 at the door.
