These are from Portland's annual Santacon event. Here is some info about Santacon from Drunken Rampage. I suggest you go there for even more information on this event including some stuff that is NSFW.

SANTACON is honestly the largest event of the year. It is put on by the Portland Cacophony Society and occurs worldwide. Portland's caco society had Santacon for the first time in 1996, and was promptly in trouble with the cops. Just like the original Santas in S.F (which started 17 years ago).

Pretty much I go by the name Squid Vicious, my parents are flip floppers sometimes they call me by my slave name, and friends were givin a choice, call me Squid or we aren't friends. I'm a local radio DJ who works for 94/7 FM “KNRK”. I like to take photo's but not using perfect light, perfect faces or perfect anything. That is easy. I experience Portland and like to take photo's of this great city.
